Error Message when connecting - "Invalid username or password"

A. Retype in your username and password (your username must be the
full name including netsurf.co.nz eg johnsmith@netsurf.co.nz). To
check, go to Control Panel and click on Internet Options (you may
need to switch to "classic view" on the left hand side
of the control planel if you cannot see the internet options icon).
Click on the connections tab and, making sure that the netsurf connection
is highlighted in the box, click on the settings button. Check the
username (this must include @netsurf.co.nz) and password
and change if necessary. Click on apply and ok until you are back
to the control panel.

Error message when connecting " The remote computer did not
respond"
» A. Check the dial up number you are connecting to (0867
40000 in Auckland) and your username (see above). To check, go to
Control Panel and click on Internet Options (you may need to switch
to "classic view" on the left hand side of the control
planel if you cannot see the internet options icon). Click on the
connections tab and, making sure that the netsurf connection is
highlighted in the box, click on the settings button and check the
username includes "@netsurf.co.nz". Click on the properties
button and check the phone number and change if necessary. Click
on apply and ok until you are back to the control panel.
